  • Act in the best interest of the children's health and safety until a parent or guardian can be reached

✦Place the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of every child in my care as my highest priority at all times.
✦Never subject any child to physical, emotional, verbal, or sexual abuse or neglect in any form.
✦Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with all children and families at all times.
✦Never be alone with a child in an unsafe or isolated environment and ensure appropriate supervision at all times.
✦Immediately report any concerns about a child's safety or wellbeing to Maya and, if necessary, the appropriate authorities.
✦Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all families — never sharing personal, medical, or household information outside of authorized channels.
✦Uphold Maya's Magic School Bus's standards and represent the business with professionalism, honesty, and care at every booking.
✦Understand that any violation of this pledge will result in immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
